Exzolt™ is a systemic parasiticide for the treatment of poultry red mites (Dermanyssus gallinae) and northern fowl mites (Ornithonyssus sylviarum) in chickens. Administered through the drinking water, Exzolt™ provides a convenient, flock wide treatment option with minimal handling and stress.
By controlling mite infestations, Exzolt™ helps improve bird welfare, support egg production, and reduce the impact of external parasites on flock health and performance.

How to give it: Give 0.05 mL of Exzolt per kg of bird weight added to the drinking water.
The treatment is given twice, with the two doses 7 days apart.
Step-by-step:
- Work out the total weight of all birds in the flock.
- Multiply the total weight by 0.05 mL to find out how much Exzolt to use.
- Mix this amount into the flock’s drinking water. Estimate how much water they will drink in 4–24 hours, and prepare that volume with the medicine.
- Remove any other water sources so the birds only drink the treated water.
- Repeat the treatment in 7 days.
