Avian Empire Limited is a New Zealand-registered company providing avian health products, advice, and telemedicine consultations.

Our website and services are intended for individuals and businesses located in New Zealand.
All content, including advice and information, is provided for educational and informational purposes and should not replace an in-person veterinary examination where one is available.
You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their operation, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

3. Telemedicine Consultations

Telemedicine consultations are conducted by a qualified avian veterinarian.
While we strive to provide accurate and tailored advice, telemedicine has inherent limitations compared to in-person examinations. You accept that outcomes depend on the accuracy of information, photos, or videos you provide.
If a physical examination or diagnostic testing is recommended, it remains your responsibility to arrange this with an appropriate veterinary clinic.

All products sold through our website are for animal use only.
We make every effort to ensure product information, descriptions, and prices are accurate; however, errors may occur.
Orders are subject to availability, and prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders in cases of stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

5. Payments and Refunds

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Refunds or replacements are offered in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and our refund policy.
Digital consultations and custom-made items may not be eligible for refunds once completed or delivered.
