Our Annual Service Membership is required for all Avian Empire clients. It allows us to keep your up to date essential information on record, your farm set-up, history, and key details, so we know exactly who we’re supporting and can respond quickly and efficiently.

This membership also gives you reliable, direct access to our poultry veterinarian for brief guidance when you need it, keeping support simple, responsive, and stress-free.

Annual Service Membership Includes:

  • Direct access to our poultry vet for brief phone calls, texts, or emails
    (No diagnostics or case work, this is for quick, non-clinical guidance only.)
  • An annual swab kit, sent to you each year, to keep on site for early detection and rapid response when needed.
  • Access to our extensive commercial product range

  • Cost of package is per annum.
  • Live animal export certification by negotiation.
  • Prescriptions to cover the use of RVMs require at least one site visit per annum.
